Come join us at our Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Shop!As a Retail Sales Associate, some of your core activities will include:Prepare frozen desserts that include ice cream scoops, Dazzlers, Shakes, Smoothies and Cakes.Operate the point-of-sale register, processing orders and accepting payments.Clean-up and organize customer area, production area, and back-room / storage.Prepare and re-stock ingredients.Perform all activities outlined in shift management procedures.As a member of our shop team, you will qualify for the below benefits:Competitive pay including base and tips.Opportunities for advancement.Flexible work schedule.Why you should apply:Excellent growth and advancement opportunities.Fun work environment.In order to perform the activities assigned to you, we expect that you will:Be attentive and extremely courteous to our guests.Be knowledgeable and capable in describing key attributes of the Häagen-Dazs product to guests.Be knowledgeable of all recipes presented in the menu.Weigh all cups and ingredients in our recipes before mixing and/or serving the guests.Follow the correct ice cream scooping method.Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance.Report to work on time and as scheduled, wearing a complete uniform.The candidate must meet the following requirements:Availability to work on weekdays, on early afternoon shifts.Willing to perform all assigned activities.Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment.Ability to resolve guest concerns with empathy and care.Prior customer service experience a plus but not required.
