SNI has an immediate need for a Legal Administrative Assistant (Litigation) to join one of the PREMIER law firms in Baltimore, MD supporting a well established Litigation Practice!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has law firm experience who has great attention to detail, a knack for customer service, and enjoys a high paced environment to thrive with a firm who is growing and successful!

The successful Legal Administrative Assistant candidate will be supporting a litigation practice.

Responsibilities:

  • maintaining legal documents and files,
  • drafting routine correspondence, and
  • filing pleadings with a variety of courts, including electronic submissions, coordinating scheduling of depositions and travel arrangements, and other administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • minimum of 3 years of litigation experience and the following skillsets:
  • Detail-oriented with strong grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Typing speed of at least 90-100 words per minute.
  • Experience with e-filings.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
