Loan IQ Trainer & Deliver Mgr (2 separate roles)

Interview process: 1 round panel Teams interviews.LIQ Trainer:The ideal person needs deep operational Loan IQ knowledge. Someone who actually uses the system, understands the screens and fields, knows how to book loans and make changes, and can train end users. The search is specifically for a hands-on Loan IQ operations/training expert. Applicant should demonstrate comfort with training, mentoring, presenting, and creating training materials. Need someone who understands Loan IQ deeply and can translate that knowledge into effective training. Does not need someone with an extensive professional training background or sophisticated training tools. Specifically wants someone who understands Loan IQ deeply and can translate that knowledge into effective training.Required:Knowledge of Loan IQ functionality and specificationsUnderstanding of how the system works from an operational-user perspectiveKnowledge of how Loan IQ integrates with other systemsUnderstanding of the day-to-day needs of operational usersAbility to train and mentor users effectivelyAbility to create training materials, including PowerPoint presentationsDelivery Manager:PROJECT DETAILS This contractor will be supporting lending capabilities within the wholesale operations.
