Description du poste Véritable bras droit de l'Expert, votre rôle est de l'appuyer dans la réalisation de sa mission, de veiller aux différents indicateurs liés à son activité et de coordonner les échanges entre l'expert et les différents interlocuteurs des dossiers. Vous serez en charge de la gestion administrative et du suivi des dossiers d'expertises du groupe d'experts auquel vous serez rattaché, depuis la réception du dossier d'expertise jusqu'à l'envoi du rapport. Responsabilités Gérer un portefeuille de dossiers dans le respect des délais et des attentes de nos clients Rédiger et relire des courriers, comptes‑rendus ou rapports d'expertise Planifier les rendez‑vous, organiser les agendas Assurer le suivi qualité des dossiers d'expertise Veiller aux différents indicateurs liés à l'activité Assurer la relation client en répondant aux sollicitations de nos mandants Profil Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation Bac+2 minimum dans les domaines de l'assurance, de la gestion PME/PMI, d'Assistante de direction, etc., et vous disposez idéalement d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins un an acquise dans un cabinet d'expertise en assurance. Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, êtes reconnu(e) pour votre excellente organisation, votre rigueur et votre autonomie, et également pour vos qualités relationnelles et rédactionnelles, notamment avec une très bonne orthographe. Doté(e) d'un fort esprit d'équipe, vous avez le sens du service, de l'écoute et de la relation clients.
