• Comfortable using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness in the work area

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with machine programming or making minor CNC adjustments
• Familiarity with computer-based data entry and production tracking systems
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented approach

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous CNC machining or manufacturing environment experience

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, including occasional weekends or overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation to the Fresno, CA location
