What You'll Get: Competitive Pay: $20–$26/hour , based on experience and certifications Bonus Opportunities including performance and referral incentives Flexible Scheduling (full-time and part-time roles available) Generous Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Paid Training and RBT Certification Assistance 401(k) with Employer Match Professional Development and Career Growth Opportunities Supportive, inclusive team culture that values your contribution and well-being What You'll Do as an RBT: Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings Follow customized behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA Accurately collect and record data on client progress Foster strong relationships with clients and their families Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team focused on client success Maintain professionalism and ensure a safe, supportive environment What We're Looking For: Active RBT certification (or willingness to become certified—we'll help you get there) High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus Ability to pass a background check and complete required clearances Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local area Compassionate, patient, and eager to make a difference Schedule & Location: Location: Windfield, O'Fallon, St. Louis, St. Peters surrounding areas (services provided in-home, school, and clinic settings) Hours: Flexible scheduling available; full-time (30–40 hours/week) or part‑time options Rapid Onboarding for 11‑2 PM M‑F, additional hours available.
