Warehouse Operator

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Work with Supply Chain Manager and HSE Manager to ensure a safe work environment. Train associates (production and warehouse) in cycle count process and inventory transactions. Audit outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and identify potential discrepancies. Problem solve root cause of inventory errors. Participate actively in preparation for inventories and active participation during inventory. Ensure 5S throughout warehouse. Qualifications: High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree High level of commitment and flexibility Willingness and ability to work shifts Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
