Program Analyst III

Program Analyst IIIAmentum is seeking a Program Analyst III to support a Navy contract.This is a hybrid position based out of Washington DC, the role will require on-site support 1-3 days a week.As a member of this team you:Need to be a motivated self-starter with experience in the overall planning, direction, and success of major programs, systems development efforts, and research or technology initiatives that have great significance to the Navy's Submarine needs.Have experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information to make recommendations to the Government.Proficiency is required in defining the nature and extent of problems, analyzing relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, cost performance, schedule, or expenditures.Develop solutions to problems and prepare recommendations,Understand & uphold the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.Prepare and report findings and recommendations to the Government.Prepare written reports and prepare oral presentations on findings etc.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience with Navy Program Management.2+ years of experience with Navy Engineering Support.Ability to analyze and process engineering program documentation.Ability to assess and update spend plans.Ability to develop/document/implement new processes.Ability to analyze program risks and develop risk assessments.Must be proactive, work independently, and within a team environment.Must be available/provide in-office coverage when the Government APMs/client is out of office- at the maximum extent possible be in the office when the Government APMs/client is out.Ability to travel to support client (minimal, Washington, DC, Manassas, VA, etc.)Active Secret Clearance.Preferred Qualifications:NAVSEA and/or Team Submarine experience.Experience or familiarity with the BYG-1 submarine combat system.Experience or familiarity with the Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical System (SWFTS).Compensation Details:80,000-100,000The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
