Job Description Responsible for providing consultative support and familiarization with resources and tools to support the asset management sales team’s new business development efforts. This team member works directly with business development officers (BDOs) on pre-positioning for sales opportunities, meeting with them regularly to discuss sales pipeline progression and serving as primary support for prospect deliverables pre- and post-procurement stage. This team member executes on sales team support for strategic business opportunities (new and existing/rebid); presentation prep and debrief/follow-up lead. Primary Functions Supports BDO in the identification of new business opportunities Holds ongoing discussions related to sales pipelines Prepares materials for meetings With BDO, determines our differentiators, deal team, internal support resources needed Leads preparation of the finals interview presentation and any follow-up items, including deal team presentation prep calls Leads follow-up and debrief calls with the deal team and leadership Other sales enablement deliverables as assigned Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales/finance/analytics related role Preferred Skills/Experience Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify inconsistencies in data and troubleshoot data discrepancies Self-Motivation: Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance, demonstrates appropriate judgment Interpersonal Communication: Excels at communicating effectively using various communication channels, recognizes others’ preferred communication styles Supports the Greater Cause: Strong proponent of business acumen Decision-making: Adept reasoning capabilities, consults with others when needed Prioritization and Organization: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Teamwork: Demonstrated success working with others The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
