Position Overview:
Physical Therapist (PT) opportunity at RehabVisions South Bend PT & Sports Medicine Clinic in South Bend, Washington – OP clinic owned & operated by RehabVisions since 2015.
90% OP and 10% IP anticipated caseload
AI-assisted documentation in all clinics to streamline charting and save time
Evidence-based clinical programs to help you deliver top-quality patient outcomes
This is a growth position
Pay range $39 – $45 per hour, depending on experience
Quality-of-care bonus opportunities that include cash incentives
This opportunity is sign-on bonus eligible to be received as cash, student loan assistance, career development, or a combination
Housing stipend of $1,000 per month for the first 6 months of employment

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:
Assess and treat patients
Complete documentation
Plan, market and develop new programs
Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
Assist in the general operation of the department
Physical Therapist Job Requirements:
Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master’s degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
Possess or be eligible for WA state licensure
