Working independently under director's guidance, performs assay and equipment validation, authors standard operating procedure and develops training and competency documents and ensures quality and regulatory compliance.**Pay Range**Minimum $50.40 Midpoint $66.78 Maximum $83.16*Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.***Experience**\* Required: Minimum one (1) year of Clinical Laboratory experience.\* Preferred: Two (2) to five (5) years of Clinical Laboratory experience.**Education**\* Required: Bachelor degree - Biological Science.**Training**\* Required: None required.**Specialized Skills**\* Required: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organization skills; excellent critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at a level appropriate for the safe and effective performance of the job. Proficient knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area.
