Registered Nurse
We are seeking a full-time day shift (6am-6:30pm) highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Union, MO at Bel Oak of Union. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Your expertise and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients. You will play a vital role in our healthcare team, and your contributions will be valued and appreciated.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Missouri
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in a specialized area of nursing
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience working in an acute care setting
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
As a Nursing Registered Nurse, you will utilize your exceptional clinical skills and attention to detail to provide exceptional patient care. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient vital signs. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in providing emotional support and education to patients and their families. Additionally, your ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment will be crucial in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients. Your preferred qualifications, such as certification in a specialized area of nursing or experience with electronic medical records, will be beneficial in providing the highest level of care to our patients.
