Social Media Specialist

Logitech is seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Specialist to lead our Logitech for Business (L4B) presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit with both organic and paid strategies. Reporting to the Head of Communications for Logitech for Business, you will collaborate closely with marketing and demand generation teams to showcase L4B solutions through innovative content and strategic amplification. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across organic and paid channels, focusing on LinkedIn and YouTube. Own and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting cadence aligned with business objectives and campaign timelines. Partner with the Demand Generation team to devise integrated paid social strategies, including boosted posts, sponsored content, and lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn. Design content with dual-purpose utility for both organic reach and paid amplification, setting measurable KPIs for organic growth, paid campaign performance, and overall ROI. Create visually compelling assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop; edit short-form video content optimized for LinkedIn feed and YouTube Shorts. Repurpose long-form content into social-first assets for both organic and paid distribution, adapting creative assets to paid social formats and specifications. Stay current on trending topics, algorithm changes, and platform best practices to inform content strategy. Own and optimize end-to-end YouTube processes, monitor and respond to comments, and manage LinkedIn Company Page optimization, including showcase pages and employee advocacy programs. Manage agency relationships for paid social initiatives. Plan, execute, and optimize paid LinkedIn campaigns, managing budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximize cost-efficiency and conversion rates. A/B test ad creative, copy, and targeting parameters to continuously improve campaign performance. Compile comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports tracking organic metrics (views, watch time, engagement rate, follower growth) and paid performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, leads). Interpret data insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for content optimization and paid campaign adjustments. Present performance analysis to stakeholders with clear recommendations for strategy refinement, track competitive benchmarks, and monitor campaign performance daily with real-time optimizations to improve CTRs. Qualifications Proven experience managing B2B social media accounts with success in both organic strategy and paid social campaign management. Demonstrated track record running LinkedIn paid campaigns, managing budgets, and optimizing for lead generation and conversion metrics. Proficiency in video creation, editing, and graphic design; ability to create assets optimized for paid advertising. Deep understanding of YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn algorithm/best practices, and paid social advertising principles. Strong, creative copywriting skills with ability to adapt voice and tone for B2B IT decision-makers; experience writing compelling ad copy. Comfortable working with social analytics platforms and paid campaign dashboards; ability to derive insights and optimize based on data. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines, maintain content calendars, and coordinate across organic and paid initiatives simultaneously. Experience managing paid social budgets and demonstrating ROI. BA/BS preferred, but not required with equivalent professional experience. Location & Compensation Full‑time hybrid role based in the metro areas of SanJose,CA; Irvine,CA; Camas,WA; Dallas,TX; and Toronto,Canada. Salary range: $56,000 – $112,000, dependent on location and experience. Higher compensation may be considered in certain circumstances.
