Meat dishes, seafood dishes, pasta, pizza, street food – you can find it all in our various outlets!The Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager directs the front of house operations of restaurants.Reports to the Store Director and oversees the team of Restaurant.Organizes and directs a store's restaurant operations to maximize profitability while upholding the company's mission, values, policies, quality and guest experience standardsSets departmental goals and leads a team of managers, working closely with each to understand operational needs, provide training and motivation, and encourage interdepartmental collaborationAssists with employee hiring, assignment, training, payroll, scheduling, evaluations and terminationsWorks the floor actively, applying a hands-on approach, unafraid to get hands dirtyExecutes strategies around pricing, merchandizing, new products and promotions aimed at increasing efficiencies and driving salesEstimates food and beverage needs, and requisitions or purchases food, beverage, supplies and equipment; receives and checks orders to ensure they adhere to specifications. Works with Fulfillment Ops Manager to ensure successful management of inter Store procurement programPrepares weekly updates on front of house, beverage and QSR operations, while collaborating closely with corporate and senior leaders to plan activities and achieve goalsDocuments, investigates and resolves employee and guest incidentsPerforms other duties as required or assignedQualificationsBachelor's Degree3+ years of front of house and/or QSR management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurantExceptional communication, leadership, motivational and team-building skillsDemonstrated problem-solving, organizational, analytical and business management skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with Italian cuisine and wine highly preferredCompensation: This position pays a base salary of $85,000 - $95,000Additional InformationBenefits and PerksMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Parental Leave401K with match or RRSPBonus programFree family meal dailyDiscounts at EatalyClasses on products and Italian cuisineReferral bonus programand more!Eataly is an equal employment opportunity employer.
