Patient Care Assistant
Cornerstone Caregiving
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to join our team. This role involves providing quality in‑home support to clients, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities:
- Personal care — Assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility
- Household tasks — Light cleaning, meal prep, laundry
- Companionship — Provide social interaction and emotional support
- Medication reminders — Ensure clients stay on schedule
- Transportation — Assist with appointments and errands
Requirements:
- Experience preferred — Prior caregiving or CNA experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Background check
- Strong communication
