Business Account Executive

Spectrum

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Looking to drive growth and connect small businesses to innovative solutions at Spectrum? As an Account Executive, youwillengage directly with prospective clients in your territory, selling voice, data,videoand mobile services while expanding Spectrum's customer base. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate new accounts and exceed sales targets, making a clear impact on Spectrum's market reach.

How YouWillMake an Impact

  • Prospect and generate new business sales within an assigned territory through field engagement and lead follow-up
  • Conduct consultative needs analysis with prospective customers,leveragingexpertisein Spectrum Business products and services
  • Identifyand offer tailored solutions for small business communication needs, including voice, data,videoand mobile
  • Achieve sales and product targets by managing sales opportunities frominitialcontact to closing the sale
  • Maintainaccuraterecords of all sales and prospecting activities using required software and tools
  • Collaborate with other business teams to ensuretimelyorder execution and superior customer service
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as directed by management

Working Conditions

  • Field-based role with daily outside selling, frequent driving and walkingrequired
  • Office environment as needed when not in the field

What You Will Bring to Spectrum


RequiredQualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 2+ years sales experience or 2+ years in telecom or technical industry

Skills

  • Read, write,speakand understand English
  • Skilled in managing sales and administrative tasks efficiently within deadlines
  • Quick learner who applies new knowledge in a team environment
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Driven, professional and determined character
  • Valid state driver's license, safe driving record, reliable personalvehicleand car insurance

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

  • Business-to-business outside sales experience in telecommunications or technical industry, with a history of exceeding goals

Skills

  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word,PowerPointand Outlook
