Location: Lansing, MI (Local candidates within 100 miles)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite - Mon/Tue mandatory from Day 1)
Interview Process: MS Teams Video (Camera ON) $\rightarrow$ In-Person 2nd Round
Role Overview
Serve as both a Lead Architect and Hands-on Developer. You will drive system design, data architecture, integrations, and application releases while ensuring high-availability support for enterprise systems.

Dynamics 365 & Power Platform (5+ Yrs): Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages/Portals.

Architecture & Data (3+ Yrs): Enterprise system architecture, data modeling, API design, and system integrations.

Azure & DevOps (5+ Yrs): MS Azure platform, Azure DevOps, and managing CI/CD release pipelines.

Technical Support (5+ Yrs): Application, network/infrastructure support, and technical customer service analysis.

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
