Location: Erie, PA

We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center in Erie, PA. As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while enjoying a flexible scheduling arrangement that suits your needs.
What You'll Do
Complete PT evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to residents in a skilled nursing/rehab setting
Document services accurately and timely
Collaborate with the therapy and nursing teams to support resident progress
Promote safe mobility, strengthening, and functional independence
What We're Looking For
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania
Skilled nursing/rehab experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, resident-focused mindset
