Data Entry Clerks - Warehouse

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Data Entry Clerks for a large, well-known client in Carol Stream, IL. As a skilled Data Entry Clerk you will perform a variety of keeping records up to date and preparing reports. Our ideal candidate will also be familiar with running accounting software programs (e.g. ERP) to process business transactions.SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All Temp-to-Hire employees are offered competitive compensation $22-$25/HR as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available shifts include: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities

• Ability to provide clerical support
• Accuracy in typing and ability to prepare and maintain documents and records.
• Reconciling of accounts in a timely manner.
• Commitment to daily tasks such as entering key data into database accurately.
• Cooperative demeanor and willingness to provide assistance and support to company personnel.
• Ability to research, track, and reconcile documentation issues and discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills required to report to management and compile reports/summaries on assigned activity areas.
• Commitment to compliance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.

Data Entry Clerk Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous Data Entry Experience
• Previous experience with ERP systems
• Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform all filing and record keeping duties.
• Solid data entry and word processing skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
