Utilize safety equipment and follow strict guidelines while working on ladders and elevated platforms. Learn advanced application techniques through hands-on training and direct manufacturer programs. Collaborate with field team members to complete high-end painting projects within scheduled timelines.Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail. Willingness to learn, take instruction, and adapt to field environments. Reliable attendance record and consistent punctuality for all shifts. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb extension ladders, and work comfortably in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation (vehicle) to and from work. Clean driving record and eligibility to remain insurable under the company vehicle policy.Previous experience in residential or commercial painting fields. Familiarity with standard painting tools, surface preparation techniques, and sprayers. Basic knowledge of safety practices related to general construction or working at heights.Competitive hourly pay ranging from $18 to $27 based on your current experience level.
