We're looking for a reliable, self driven Landscape Foreman to join our team and lead field operations with professionalism, efficiency, and take pride in their workmanship. Job Responsibilities Manage day-to-day field operations for residential and commercial landscape installation projects safely Operate heavy equipment Drive a company truck from the shop to job sites each day Serve as the on-site contact for customers, handling immediate needs or questions professionally Coordinate with the landscape supervisor daily to plan and execute all required tasks Lead and supervise crews to ensure timelines are met while maintaining quality, and safety standards as well Required Qualifications Valid Alabama driver's license Must pass DOT physical and drug screening Minimum of a high school diploma or GED Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs regularly Hands-on experience with landscaping tools, equipment, and machinery Preferred (but not required) CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Associate degree or certificate in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field OSHA Safety Training Certification Telehandler Certification Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for advancement within a growing company Paid holidays and vacation Ongoing training and certifications #J-18808-Ljbffr Southern Grace Landscape Llc
