Producer

The Producer works on client facing projects for event programs. This personis responsible forhandlinglogisticsas well as making sure project elements are delivered on time and on budget in conjunction with the core team. Projects will be assigned to be managedindependently,and the producer may also be asked to support a Senior Producer on more complex programs. As an externally facing team member, we look for accountable, driven, professional people who put client service and quality first. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills arerequiredfor this position. Our ideal candidate will have experience in both event and video projects from an agency or other production environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages all elements of Event, Speaker Support and Printprojects Strongfinancial managementand budget creation experiencerequired Creates and monitors timelines ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations areexceeded Attends client meetings, manages status reports and recordsnotes Maintains exceptional working relationship with clients and acts professionally in allinteractions Leads a project team of production resources including freelance staff andvendors Createsand managesbudgets with input from Directors and Operations Selects and books any entertainment,actorsand voiceovertalent Supports on-site activities onsite for events Ensures the prompt andaccuratereconciliation following completion of a job with oversight from the assigned accountteam Submits time sheets, expense reports, and all administrative paperwork ina timelyfashion Projects managed independently will be assigned based on experience andtraining Organized, detailorientedand responsible with a “get it done”attitude College Degree 3-5years’relevantexperiencerequired(Mid-level, individual contributor) Agencyexperience or related production experiencerequired Travel for this position isrequired(Approximately 25-30%) Thrives in a fast-pacedenvironment; flexible Knowledge of video formats and experience with the production process SharePoint knowledgepreferred Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Health Savings Account with employer contribution 401(k) with company match Profit Share Bonus Plan Life Insurance Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Family Leave Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Tuition Reimbursement Wellness Resources, including discounted Lifetime Fitness membership Generous onsite café Compensation Range: $65-80K #J-18808-Ljbffr
