Call Center Representative

Position Type: Part Time Temporary / 28 hours a week for 14 weeks

Schedule: Schedule and shifts vary. Preferred coverage hours are 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM , so evening availability is a must.

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Call Center Representatives to support a short-term project conducting hunting-related surveys. If you enjoy speaking with people, have a professional phone presence, and are comfortable following a script, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to individuals to conduct a standardized hunting survey
Accurately record responses using provided software
Follow call scripts and survey guidelines
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout each interaction
Meet daily call and completion targets

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills
Basic computer proficiency and data entry accuracy
Ability to work independently and stay focused
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
