Employment Litigation AssociateIrvine, CA | $250,000–$300,000 Base SalaryOur client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking to hire an experienced Employment Litigation Associate for their Irvine location.This position presents a rare opportunity for a lawyer with 4–7 years of employment litigation background to step into a significant role within a highly specialized labor and employment sector. With the support of a national platform, the successful candidate will work closely with seasoned attorneys, have direct client interaction, and further their expertise in case management.The OpportunityThe chosen associate will handle complex employment litigation cases including:Wage and hour disputesEmployment discrimination casesClass action lawsuitsPAGA claimsThis role involves hands-on participation in all phases of litigation.
