We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will leverage your capacity for innovation and problem-solving to lead administrative and technical management, ensuring an exceptional project is delivered to our clients. You will oversee contracted work, ensuring compliance with contract documents and the project schedule while also implementing a culture of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all contract administration activities, including change orders, submittals, and procurement.
• Provide technical oversight and manage the implementation and integration of all technology systems.
• Lead and manage the project team by scheduling and facilitating project meetings to ensure the project remains on schedule.
• Offer general administrative and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain all project records, monitor correspondence, and supervise the complete project close-out process.
• Motivate, train, and develop direct reports through on-the-job coaching and internal/external development opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with counterparts at owner, design, and general contractor firms.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Industry certification(s) ex. BICSI, ASIS, CTS, etc. a plus.
• 5 -7 years construction management experience is required.
• Prior experience working on large scale, complex, technology systems implementation (in commercial construction) is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects successfully from start to finish.Skilled at negotiating and developing relationships with owners and subcontractors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team; Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Strong work ethic, motivated, self-starter, problem-solver.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• A strong passion for technology systems, construction management, and the industry is essential.
• Preferred: Working knowledge of construction management software platforms such as Procore, FieldWire, and Bluebeam.

The Physical Side of the Role: This is an active, hands-on role. You can expect to be on your feet frequently, navigating active job sites with uneven terrain, stairs, ladders, and hoists. The work is physically demanding and requires a full range of motion, including bending, kneeling, and reaching. You’ll need to be comfortable frequently lifting and carrying materials up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively, as well as visual acuity for reading plans and inspecting work. The role does include desk time in the office that may require prolonged periods of sitting for tasks like computer work, document review, and meetings.

Your Work Environment: You’ll spend a significant amount of your time on active construction sites, which means being adaptable to all kinds of weather and moderate to loud noise levels, and comfortable in elevated or confined work areas with moving mechanical equipment and with the fast-paced nature of a project in progress. You will also spend time in a typical office setting with moderate noise levels. Clark offers a total compensation package that includes base salary, bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision benefits, paid time off, retirement/401k, and Company Contribution plan. Additional benefits include life insurance, commuter benefit, short & long term disability, fitness reimbursement, FSA, tuition reimbursement, back-up daycare, tutoring & family support benefits, EAP/Work-Life assistance, and a holiday contribution program. For this role the base salary range is $85,000 - $150,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
