This role focuses on servicing high-end variable refrigerant systems for commercial clients who demand top-tier performance and reliability. What You'll Earn Hourly pay ranging from $35.00 - $50.00 per hour , based on experience Strong earning potential - top technicians consistently reach six figures Health insurance with employer contribution Company vehicle or auto allowance Immediate accrual of sick and vacation time 7 Paid Holidays Uniforms provided Commission opportunities based on company profitability Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with participation in the on-call rotation) What You'll Do Service, maintain, and troubleshoot complex VRV/VRF systems Diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment including DX units, pumps, cooling towers, and boilers Perform preventative maintenance and system optimization Read wiring diagrams, conduct air balancing, and ensure peak system efficiency Make professional repair vs. replace recommendations Deliver high-quality service and maintain strong client relationships Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service needs What You Need Significant hands-on experience with Daikin VRV or equivalent VRF systems Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Type II or Universal EPA Certification Solid understanding of air balancing principles Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Professional attitude and leadership potential This is a great opportunity for a talented commercial HVAC technician who wants challenging work, strong compensation, and a company that appreciates technical expertise.
