We are seeking people who sculpt from first principles, enjoy facing adversity, and can do the impossible at record breaking speeds.About You and The Role As a leader in Marketplace Software, you will lead the team responsible for Marketplace Management Tools: the software Zipline teams use to run, understand, and continuously improve the marketplace. You will turn complex operational workflows into simple, durable products that make it easier to manage day-to-day marketplace health, resolve issues quickly, and scale an exceptional delivery experience. This is a hands-on product-engineering leadership role, partnering closely with Product and Operations to make the right bets and deliver meaningful marketplace impact.
