Our company is a client-focused personal injury law firm dedicated to representing individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents and other negligence-related incidents. The firm combines compassionate client service, experienced legal advocacy, measurable performance standards, and advanced technology to move cases efficiently toward resolution. The firm is an early adopter of legal technology and artificial intelligence. After using Filevine for case management since 2017, the firm is transitioning to EvenUp's AI-powered case management platform to streamline routine administrative tasks, improve workflow consistency, and allow Case Managers to focus on medical management, strategy, negotiation, and client relationships.

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to oversee a portfolio of pre-litigation personal injury cases from initial case development through settlement. The Case Manager will serve as the client's primary point of contact and will be responsible for medical management, treatment monitoring, client communication, insurance-adjuster communication, case strategy, settlement preparation, and negotiation under attorney supervision. This is not a purely administrative position. The firm has Case Coordinators and technology systems that support claims setup, records collection, lien matters, and other administrative processes. The Case Manager is expected to understand the complete case, identify opportunities and risks, guide the client's medical treatment journey, resolve bottlenecks, and make informed recommendations to the supervising attorney. The ideal candidate can independently manage approximately 70 to 80 active cases while maintaining close attention to the facts, injuries, treatment, insurance coverage, damages, and strategic nuances of each matter. As the firm's AI tools and standard operating procedures continue to develop, the caseload may increase to approximately 100 active cases. Success requires more than high-volume experience. The firm is seeking someone who can manage a substantial caseload while providing thoughtful case strategy, accurate documentation, timely follow-up, strong client service, and individualized attention.

This is an on-site position based at the firm's office in Henderson, Nevada 89052. Candidates must be able to commute reliably to the office and work the established full-time schedule. Remote employment is not currently available for this opening.

The expected starting caseload is approximately 70 to 80 active pre-litigation cases. The caseload may increase to approximately 100 cases as the firm completes its technology implementation and improves workflows. The firm currently signs approximately 30 new cases per month across a team of approximately five to six Case Managers. Case Managers must move cases forward consistently so that incoming and resolved cases remain reasonably balanced. Case Managers are expected to: meet established key performance indicators, follow the firm's standard operating procedures, maintain accurate and current case-management records, progress cases without unnecessary delay, complete timely client follow-up, monitor treatment and prevent gaps in care, obtain and evaluate insurance coverage information promptly, review and finalize demands efficiently, resolve cases at an appropriate pace while maintaining quality, work independently and ask targeted questions when attorney input is genuinely required, use AI and automation to improve efficiency without sacrificing accuracy or professional judgment.

Must-have qualifications include at least one year of direct personal injury law firm experience, experience managing or materially supporting pre-litigation personal injury cases, professional fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, ability to communicate legal and medical concepts accurately in both languages, experience communicating directly with personal injury clients, working knowledge of motor vehicle accident claims, ability to interpret medical records, diagnostic reports, treatment notes, and billing ledgers, understanding of the pre-litigation personal injury case lifecycle, experience communicating with insurance adjusters and medical providers, ability to manage a substantial caseload and multiple competing deadlines, strong attention to detail, strong organization, prioritization, and follow-up skills, ability to work independently after training, sound judgment regarding when to act independently and when to request attorney guidance, comfort using case-management software and digital workflows, willingness to adopt AI-based technology and changing SOPs, professional, empathetic, and client-focused communication skills, reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Henderson, Nevada.

Preferred qualifications include three or more years of personal injury case-management experience, experience independently managing 70 or more active cases, experience managing motor vehicle accident claims from intake through settlement, experience with medical-management strategy, experience reviewing demands or AI-generated demand packages, experience negotiating personal injury claims under attorney supervision, experience obtaining policy limits and declaration pages, property-damage experience, experience with Filevine, EvenUp, or comparable legal case-management software, familiarity with Nevada personal injury practice and insurance procedures, experience working with KPIs, productivity expectations, and formal SOPs, certified Nevada Notary Public or willingness to obtain notary certification.

The ideal candidate has meaningful experience managing pre-litigation personal injury files, understands how to develop a case rather than simply complete assigned tasks, can explain their strategy for moving a case from initial treatment through settlement, maintains close attention to the individual facts and medical details of every matter, can manage 70 to 80 active cases without losing control of deadlines, treatment, communication, or strategy, is prepared to manage additional files as improved systems reduce routine administrative work, communicates professionally and empathetically in English and Spanish, understands when to follow up persistently with adjusters, providers, or vendors, is comfortable recommending necessary case expenses when they will prevent larger delays or problems, reviews AI-generated work carefully instead of assuming that technology is always correct, embraces new technology and is willing to change established work habits, can meet KPIs without requiring constant reminders, works independently but seeks guidance at the correct time, demonstrates sound judgment, accountability, professionalism, and urgency, values both the big-picture case strategy and the details that determine the quality of the outcome.

A successful Personal Injury Case Manager will maintain an organized caseload of approximately 70 to 88 active matters, be prepared to scale toward approximately 100 cases as technology and workflows improve, keep clients informed and engaged throughout the pre-litigation process, prevent unnecessary gaps in medical treatment, identify case issues before they become major delays, obtain policy-limit and insurance information promptly, review and finalize AI-generated demands accurately, move demands to attorney review without avoidable bottlenecks, negotiate claims effectively under attorney supervision, maintain accurate and current case-management records, meet the firm's KPIs and follow established SOPs, balance empathy with professional case leadership, use technology to improve productivity while maintaining independent judgment, require minimal handholding after completing onboarding and training.
