About the Position

Our client is seeking CDL A Drivers for a position in Wallingford, CT. This role involves delivering food to food banks, with a focus on touch freight. The position offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $28 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of recent and verifiable CDL driving experience.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $28 - $30 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Optional Saturdays)
Start Time: 7 AM

Key Responsibilities

Deliver food to food banks
Unload freight using pallet jack/forklift (light touch)
Ensure timely and safe deliveries

Minimum Requirements

At least 6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL A driving experience
Valid CDL A
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
