Field Service ManagerThe Field Service Manager serves as the central point of contact between customers, vendors, and internal teams, overseeing multiple installation projects simultaneously within an assigned territory. This role demands a highly organized and proactive leader who can anticipate challenges, resolve issues quickly, and keep projects moving forward without losing sight of the customer experience. Building and maintaining strong relationships across all stakeholders is critical, as this position bridges the gap between the field and internal departments.
