Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with wounds, including complex wounds, pressure ulcers, and surgical wounds Develop and implement individualized wound care plans, including education and instruction for patients and family members Provide wound care treatments, including debridement, dressing changes, and compression therapy Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including assessment, treatment, and outcomes Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care techniques and technologies, and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge Requirements Current licensure as a Licenced Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Tennessee Minimum 2 years of experience in wound care nursing Strong clinical skills and experience in wound care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology What We Offer Medical, Dental, Vision, voluntary insurance, and PTO A dynamic and supportive work environment that prioritizes employee growth and development Opportunities for professional advancement and specialization in wound care nursing Collaborative and respectful team culture that values mutual respect, team spirit, and hard work #J-18808-Ljbffr
