Responsibilities Provide respiratory care and specialized support for infants and children in ICU settings (pediatric ICU and/or NICU). Troubleshoot ventilators and related respiratory equipment; monitor patient response and adjust therapies as prescribed. Conduct assessments, document findings, and communicate changes to the medical team. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians to develop and implement patient care plans. Ensure safety, adherence to infection control practices, and quality standards during all respiratory therapies.
