It Takes A Family (ITAF) is a growing grassroots mental health organization providing therapy, family support, group services, and medication management to children and families in the community and we’re looking for an energetic, organized, people-person to join our team.

We need a Referral & Outreach Coordinator who can keep referrals moving, build strong community relationships, and help families get connected to the services they need.

Referral & intake coordination (about 80%)

Answer calls and emails from families and referral sources

Gather and enter referral information accurately

Route referrals to the right program / clinician

Track statuses so referrals move from first contact to scheduled intake

Keep referral logs, paperwork, and basic data up to date

Outreach & relationship support (about 20%)

Make friendly check‑in calls to referral partners and community organizations

Share basic information about our programs and availability

Log outreach activity and follow‑ups so we stay top‑of‑mind

What we’re looking for

What you get

Pay: $16.50–$18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Consistent daytime schedule, Mon–Fri 10–6
