Location: Austin, Texas
Employment Type: Full Time / Contract The Physical Therapist provides school-based services for Elgin ISD students on an as-needed basis. The role supports student success through multidisciplinary collaboration, participation in ARD/IEP processes, timely documentation, and compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Doctorate/Master's in Physical Therapy with active Texas PT license.

- Evaluate students' gross motor needs.
- Develop treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy.
- Recommend adaptive equipment.
- Participate in ARD meetings.
- Train school staff.
- Document progress.
- Collaborate with OT and teachers.
- Maintain compliance.
- Other duties.
Doctorate/Master's in Physical Therapy with active Texas PT license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatric/school experience.
- Assistive technology knowledge.
- Strong documentation skills.
