We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a behavioral health and substance abuse treatment facility in Chapel Hill, NC. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nursing screenings, evaluations, and client assessments
• Assist physicians and clinical staff with health screenings and physical exams
• Administer and monitor medications safely and accurately
• Support detox/crisis program admissions and documentation
• Provide crisis intervention and client support
• Collaborate with treatment teams and clinical staff
• Maintain medication security and compliance standards
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation for client care and Medicaid requirements

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina LPN license required
• Pharmacological knowledge related to opiates and illicit substances preferred
• Previous behavioral health or substance abuse experience preferred
• Strong communication, assessment, and crisis intervention skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional approach to patient care
