Key Account Executive (Sales Representative) - Northern Virginia

Labcorp seeks a Key Account Executive for the Northern Virginia territory covering Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, and surrounding areas. The role involves managing assigned accounts, providing customer service, upselling diagnostic laboratory services, and meeting retention and growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Educate and upsell assigned and newly generated accounts within territory
• Serve as liaison between clients and LabCorp operations team regarding customer needs
• Provide ongoing service, problem resolution, and account management for customer base
• Develop and deliver educational materials to clients and meet monthly retention and upsell goals
• Collaborate with senior sales representatives to expand business and resolve customer issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years account management or sales experience preferred
• Diagnostics, medical, or laboratory sales experience preferred
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 base, plus bonus and commission eligibility
