The General Manager is the culture and operational leader of the Dolphin Quest Hawaii location, responsible for bringing our mission, vision, and values to life every day. Working in partnership with and with direction and support from the Quest Global Management Directors, the General Manager leads the team, the guest experience, and the overall success of the operation.
This role sets the tone for a values-centered, high-performing culture by modeling Dolphin Quest’s values through personal action, building strong relationships, developing and supporting Crew Members, and creating solution-oriented approaches to challenges and opportunities.
The General Manager is accountable for delivering an exceptional experience for our guests, Crew Members, animals, and business partners, while achieving budgeted revenue targets and effectively monitoring and controlling expenses. Through strong leadership, collaboration, and operational excellence, the General Manager ensures the location operates successfully today while continuing to grow and evolve for the future.
