Responsibilities:
- Review and verify medication orders for appropriateness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient-specific pharmaceutical care plans.

- Provide drug information and counseling to medical staff and patients.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Valid and active pharmacist license.
- Experience in clinical pharmacy within a hospital or acute care setting.
