School-Based Occupational Therapist – Inkster, MI Location: Inkster, MI Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 7 hours/day | 32.5 hours/week Setting: In-Person Caseload: Approximately 30–35 students Primary Population: Mostly Elementary Students Position Overview Supplemental Health Care is seeking a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a school team in Inkster, MI. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity primarily supporting elementary-aged students . The Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy services to an approximate caseload of 30–35 students , helping students develop the skills they need to participate successfully in the academic environment and school activities. New graduates are welcome to apply! This is a great opportunity for an OT looking to begin or grow their career in a school-based setting with dedicated support throughout the assignment. Full-time, Monday–Friday 32.5 hours per week In-person school-based setting Assignment runs ASAP through June 10, 2027 Caseload of approximately 30–35 students Primarily elementary-aged students Provide occupational therapy services based on individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and other related service providers Support students in developing functional, academic, and school-based skills Complete required documentation and maintain student records Dedicated support throughout your assignment Requirements Valid Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) License School-based experience preferred but not required New graduates are welcome to apply Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Commitment to supporting students and helping them reach their educational goals Why Work with Supplemental Health Care?
