Alternatives Middle Office, Order Management - Vice President

In this role, you’ll drive the day-to-day execution and the strategic evolution of our global order management function — ensuring accuracy, control, and seamless delivery from end to end. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders across sales, structuring, operations, legal, and compliance, while staying ahead of regulatory and market developments that shape the alternatives landscape. This is a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of alternative investments, operational excellence, and business growth, supporting a platform that continues to expand in scope, scale, and complexity.Job Responsibilities:Oversee the seamless execution of alternative investment strategies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all processes to achieve operational excellencePartner with internal teams, including compliance, legal, structuring, sales and operations, to drive initiatives that support business development and investment strategies through cross-functional collaborationAssist in defining and implementing the strategic vision for the global alternative investments order management function, aligning with the broader goals of J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank and Wealth businesses by providing strategic leadership and BAU executionMaintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to guide strategic decisions and product innovation through industry expertiseCultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, hedge/private equity funds, and fund administrators to enhance our market position by focusing on investor relationsMentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration to support team development and global alignmentRequired qualifications, capabilities and skillsA Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Mgmt., or a related fieldProven track record of leading teams with excellenceDemonstrated ability to define, lead and execute strategic initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment5+ years of experience in alternative investmentsStrong written and verbal communication skills to influence and engage with senior stakeholders and external partnersAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision-makingExperience working in a global context, with an understanding of diverse markets and regulatory environmentsPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skillsAn established network within the alternative investments industryExperience with Legal Document reviewFamiliarity with order management systems and other financial softwareMS or MBA.
