Physical Therapist

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with a nonprofit outpatient neuro clinic to hire a skilled Physical Therapist. In this role, you’ll provide individualized, evidence-based care for adults with neurologic conditions such as stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s, and MS. You will complete comprehensive evaluations, design goal-oriented treatment plans, and deliver interventions focused on mobility, balance, and functional independence. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll coordinate care, educate patients and families, and document progress using EMR. You’ll also support quality initiatives and program development that expand access and advance the nonprofit mission.
