Maintenance Manager

Overview World leading manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a high-volume production environment. This position will oversee maintenance technicians and controls teams, drive preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives, improve equipment reliability, and support continuous improvement efforts across the facility. There are 2 plants - CNC and automated assembly. Candidates MUST have CNC maintenance experience. Key Responsibilities Lead daily maintenance operations for automated assembly lines and CNC equipment Manage and develop maintenance technicians and controls associates Drive preventative/predictive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives Troubleshoot equipment failures and lead root cause analysis activities Partner with engineering and operations teams to minimize downtime and improve productivity Manage maintenance schedules, staffing, training, and departmental budgets Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards Support implementation of new technologies and equipment upgrades Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing 5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience Strong background in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial controls Experience with high-volume automotive manufacturing environments preferred Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive supplier experience strongly preferred Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and maintenance management systems This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing organization focused on operational excellence, employee development, and advanced manufacturing technologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
