What You\'ll Be Doing You\'ll wear a lot of hats (the fun kind) while helping grow our Boise operation. One minute you\'ll be meeting with customers... The next you\'ll be coordinating projects... Then you\'ll be working with dispatch, customer service, and operations to make sure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and on time. No two days are the same—and that\'s exactly how we like it. You\'ll: Build strong relationships with new and existing customers Generate new business and grow existing accounts Prepare estimates, bids, proposals, and project scopes Manage projects from initial bid through successful completion Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, operations, and finance Keep customers informed every step of the way Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services Stay up-to-date on industry trends, local regulations, and new service offerings Deliver an outstanding customer experience that keeps clients coming back Who We\'re Looking For You\'re probably the type of person who: Loves talking with people Gets energized by winning new business Can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat Solves problems instead of creating them Takes ownership and doesn\'t wait to be told what to do Wants to help build something instead of simply maintaining it If your friends describe you as someone who "gets stuff done," we\'ll probably get along. Qualifications We\'re looking for someone with: High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a bonus) At least 2 years of sales or project management experience Environmental, construction, industrial, waste, or related industry experience is a plus (but we\'ll train the right person) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organization and time management Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends when projects require it Positive attitude and professional demeanor Speaking another language?
