About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP for Experience Strategy and Studio to lead the transformation of enterprise software for the agentic era. This executive will be at the forefront of redefining how people and agents interact across products, data, and business processes, with a focus on creating a seamless and intuitive experience that aligns with the future of work. The role involves shaping cross-portfolio experience strategy, identifying and leading high-impact initiatives, and directing multidisciplinary teams to bring the vision to life. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of product and craft, capable of influencing product and investment decisions at the highest levels, and will be responsible for establishing a market-leading standard for AI-native experiences. Candidates for this role should have a proven track record of executive leadership in experience, product design, or multidisciplinary creative organizations, with a strong foundation in design and a history of delivering exceptional work. The role requires a leader with exceptional systems thinking, the ability to connect product experiences with business outcomes, and a deep understanding of AI and human-agent collaboration. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a hands-on maker, capable of moving fluidly between high-level enterprise strategy and detailed product critique. They should also have a history of recruiting and developing top talent and be known for their product authorship and craft. The SVP will be instrumental in shaping the future of the company, and their leadership will be key to making the next generation of enterprise experiences a reality.
