Facility Requirements:

Must have ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP & TNCC certifications these must be attached to the submission (Must be through the American Heart Association)

Must have WY RN or multi-state RN license, must be attached to resume

Must have 2 years House Supervisor experience in a hospital setting

Must have the SageWest coversheet attached to the candidate profile
