In addition to managing your own caseload, you will contribute to case discussions, provide feedback when needed, and help maintain strong documentation and clinical standards across the practice. The role is well suited for an experienced LCPC who is comfortable working independently while also contributing to the quality of care delivered by the wider team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide counseling services through telehealthComplete diagnostic assessments and develop care plansManage an assigned caseload and follow cases through treatmentContribute clinical input during case reviews and team discussionsReview documentation for completeness and accuracy when neededMaintain timely and organized clinical recordsFollow Maryland licensing, ethical, and professional requirementsActive Maryland LCPC licenseMaster's degree in Counseling or related fieldExperience mentoring or supervising counselorsKnowledge of evidence-based counseling modelsComfort working in a fully remote role2 weeks paid time offHealth Insurance401(k) with 3% employer contributionJ-18808-Ljbffr
