Occupational Therapist School Setting in Fort Worth, TX

This full-time contract opportunity is based near Fort Worth, TX and runs from ASAP through June 30, 2027. The position involves working onsite, Monday through Friday with a schedule of 8:00 a.m. to approximately 4:30 p.m., providing valuable OT services within a supportive school environment. Qualifications And Desired Experience Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Texas Prior experience in a school-based OT setting preferred Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation Ability to work independently and travel between multiple school sites Comfortable supporting a diverse K-12 caseload Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Key Responsibilities Deliver direct OT therapy and consultation services to students across various campuses Assess student needs and develop individualized goals as part of IEPs Prepare and maintain detailed IEP paperwork and relevant documentation Attend ARD meetings, offering insights and recommendations on student needs Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student progress Adapt therapy techniques and interventions to best support student achievement and engagement This role provides the chance to support students' growth while expanding your skills in a vibrant educational setting.
