Case Manager, Inpatient (PER-DIEM)

Per-Diem position 8-hr shifts | AM Shift Available every other weekend a must! Pay range: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour Per-Diem Case Manger for Inpatient Department. The Case Manager provides quality case management, psychotherapeutic services, and discharge planning to all patient and their families, serves as a member of interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy and assure the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their families.
