Senior Community Manager

Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors is seeking a Senior Community Manager to oversee operations and profitability of the community. You will be the day-to-day on-site contact for residents, manage budgeting, marketing, leasing and home sales, and supervise staff while ensuring compliance with fair housing laws. Responsibilities include rent collection, maintenance oversight, vendor coordination, and emergency response. On-site housing is provided; you must be able to reside on-site. #J-18808-Ljbffr
