Location: Arlington, WA 98223 Weekly Gross Pay: Up to $2,210.00 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 36–40 hours/week Flexibility: 4-day workweek may be considered Travel: None Setting: Outpatient / Clinic Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Certified Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist) to evaluate and provide therapy to patients experiencing hand pain or recovering from hand injuries and hand surgeries. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients with hand and upper-extremity conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy to patients recovering from hand injuries and surgeries. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients on exercises, rehabilitation techniques, and home programs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Provide excellent patient service and support throughout the rehabilitation process. Required Qualifications Active Washington State Occupational Therapist (OT) license . Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification through the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC). Previous experience in hand therapy is required. Strong clinical and patient-care skills. Preferred Skills Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.
